Are you the kind of person who digs action flicks,
and has no interest in plot, substance, and dialogue which is not monosyllabic?
This movie is probably not for you. I am a huge fan of art, and this
movie pokes great fun at the art world, while being rather kind and gentle
to it at the same time. How? Very easily.
This movie is all about this kid named Pecker who
is a so-called "gifted" photographer. I thought his work was pretty
nice, of course it was all taken by a professional photographer using a
significantly more expensive camera than the one they always show him using.
Well, I imagine so anyhow. Pecker's life is completely changed when
his photos are discovered are discovered by a "pro" as it were in NY.
The movie goes through how his life changes drastically, everyone around
him is affected negatively, and then he fixes everything nicely.
I don't want to go too far into it, but I can assure
you that it is a really nice movie.
